We understand that buying a condo can be a significant decision, and it often comes with many questions. Tony, our sales representative, will provide clarity on various aspects of our development, from project details and financing options to the purchase process and community amenities.

Koetje Builders is a well established custom quality home builder. They are known for their custom trim and cabinetry. We have a full time construction supervisor on site. Buyers are able to work with Koetje Builders to customize the condo units to their taste if they start early enough in the process.
You have the choice of selecting from 4 available floor plans. Units take approximately 6 months to complete from signing the contract to completion. Koetje Builders will work with you to customize your unit from start to finish. They will guide you along the way and through every step of the process.
The refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave are provided. However, the washer and dryer are not part of the package. See spec sheet for detailed specifications.
A selection guide from Koetje Builders will be given to you, providing insight into the selection process, vendor options, and a timeline for your selections. Any unit that is purchased in drywall stage or sooner can be customized by choosing the trim selections, paint colors and finishes. If a buyer(s) purchases before a unit is started, they can even tweak the floor plan to a degree.
